Daycare Policies:

New Dogs must be assessed prior to any daycare visits at a cost of $31.80+tax. This can take up to a week to get an appointment, so please organize this in advance. Assessments take place between 9am-1pm Tuesday through Saturday.


Proof of current DA2PPv and Rabies vaccines are required, and male dogs must be neutered by 6 months of age.

Payment must be made in advance of daycare upon arrival, should your stay be shorter than paid for, your account will be credited towards the next visit.


Packages are available making visits cheaper when bought in bulk, the bigger the package the bigger the discount. Packages expire one (1) year from the purchase date and are non-transferable. If more than 50% used they are not refundable. Any days used on package will be taken at full daycare rate not discounted package rate.

Daycare during our open hours is drop in, but bookings can be made via your online portal. Check out times MUST be accurate and communicated to staff if changing, as dogs are moved into groups based on home time. Should you come earlier than expected you may have to wait while staff get your dog from a different play group.

After Hours daycare MUST be booked in advance via your online account or email or text. An inconvenience fee of $15 will be added to your account should you show up after hours with no booking. Any changes in pick up times MUST be communicated to night staff as they prep your dog ready to go home at the time you selected.

Dogs must enter and leave on leash and parents must have control.

Dogs must all have name tags on their collars/harnesses with a city dog license for the city they reside in. Any collars/harnesses that do not have a name tag will have one made for them at a cost of $10.00, which will be added to your daycare invoice. Should animal control do an inspection for dog licenses, you will be responsible for the fine.

Any meals provided must have dog's first and last name on it and placed in the bin at front desk related to the meal you wish us to feed them. Please don't bring glass containers as they do break and we are not responsible for replacement. Containers and bags will be at the front desk for collection. Any containers left behind will only be held for 4 days should you want them back. Zip lock bags will be disposed off at end of day if not collected.

Dogs are all fed separate, and should they not eat you will have a card in their container to state that we tried to feed.

Dogs will be moved between rooms should we feel necessary, if your dog is removed due to an incident you will be contacted about this.

Should there be an incident involving your dog you will be notified immediately and all dogs involved will have a multi staff body check for injuries and cuts. Any injuries, parents are responsible for all vet bills for their own dog. Should you not be available to collect your dog to go to the vet, we will contact your vet for an appointment, should they not be available we will take them to a vet of our choosing and you will be invoiced the cost of this visit. If it is an emergency then we will take them directly to emergency vet.

Please make sure your feeding instructions are written on your online account ready for our staff to print out on arrival. We will not be help responsible for any toys, blankets, cups, bowls, scoops etc DO NOT bring these as we have our own.


Our staff perform body checks daily to make sure that we notice any lumps, bumps, scabs or cuts they will contact you should the find anything.


High energy dogs we do ask to increase their meal sizes as they will be exerting a lot more energy at daycare than they normally would at home. For longer stays they can loose weight if not given the correct portion for the activity level they are maintaining. We also ask to make sure to bring an extra portion should your stay be extended. Please make sure to measure correctly the food so we don't run out during their stay. We do have some food on site to be used at a charge, we may also go to pet store to pick up their brand of food at a charge also.


Boarding dogs are supervised 24 hours and dogs will sleep together with beds, sofas and blankets, unless "Deluxe" boarding is booked which means they will sleep separated in a suite. Staff will also use their discretion should a dog not be wanting to sleep and they will separate for better sleep.


Boarding stays to incur an extra $5 fee PER HOUR when our daycare doors are locked. Weekdays: 8pm-6am Weekends & Holidays: 5:30pm-8:30am So if you drop off or pick up during these hours there is an extra $5 an hour PER dog.


Cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance or may incur a one night fee.


For longer stays some dogs may get tired and need regular rest breaks or "days off", you will be notified should we give them a day off to rest and sleep and short walks in the neighborhood.


Some dogs do love to play and wrestle which means getting dirty and smelly, we do recommend booking with our groomers for a bath after a stay so they come home fresh and clean.

Shuttle Policies:


As of July 1, 2019, our shuttle services have been discountinued and contracted out to a third-party service provider. Please contact Gabriel at https://k9links.ca/ for further information.


Payment Policies:


Payment for all services except for grooming must be paid in advance, via deposit through your online account or at the front desk when dropping off.


You will receive an invoice and receipt via email after each stay, please manage your account by logging in and making sure you don't have a balance owing. If you made a payment but didn't receive a receipt email, please contact us at accounting@adventureden.ca to find out why. Also email us right away if you think anything needs to be reviewed.


Any invoices not paid within 30 day will be sent to collections and will be subject to penalties.
